Returns Overview
At eyrlstores, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility & Item Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original brand tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, and jewelry/earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Send a message to our customer support on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your Order ID and photos of the item.
Refunds & Processing
Approved refunds are processed via direct Nigerian Bank Transfer within 3-5 business days following physical receipt and inspection.
